Any tip?
I ve been more and more at peace. A lot of things that used to shake me dont anymore. I am more and more thankful and grateful for this amazing game we call life. However, rarely, it doesn’t feel like a game. I get pulled in it. And I dont really know how to return to my core. I went for a walk and it helped a lot. But when the problem is a wave of negativity being thrown at you by someone. How do you go back to your core when it’s always present. Cause for exemple, if its a money situation those are maybe the easiest and it get easier with time to just go back to full abondance. But I find it a bit challenging to go back to peace now. Im looking at it as a learning opportunity. So if anyone has a tip it would be much appreciated!
