and how are you making it nutritious? I have some beef sirloin I'm going to braise and I have some fresh Gai Lan (Chinese Leafy Broccoli) and a roasted pumpkin I will serve with it. Grass Fed protein, simply sautéed green vegetable, and positive glycemic starch in the pumpkin (also loaded with Vitamin A & E). I would call that a balanced meal.
