During the Holiday season, what would you like to see from this community?

So did @Andrew Brooks brine. Well not his could not find it. So use season salt, rosemary, time,garlic powder, and onion powder. Sat for like 5 hours. I did put have the brine in the instant pot. Don’t know if that was right or wrong. The chicken was good but the potatoes were pretty salty. But still edible. Going to have to play with some more but pretty good start.

Happy Thanksgiving to everyone. For those of you not in the States, today is about gratitude for me. I will focus on at least one thing I’m grateful for today and do my best to keep it foremost in my mind. And I start to realize there is so much to be grateful for! Hope everyone gets all the turkey and pie they want today. And possibly a nap on the couch.
