Anyone have post Halloween candy hangover? Was it worth it?
I have a problem with Cheetos. If I start eating them, I will eat the whole bag. And even if I measure some out for myself and put the bag away, I will still go get more. I guess that is my one snack that I have a weakness for. So, I just don't have it around. Maybe once a year I will allow myself to have some. And when I do, I allow myself to enjoy it. I will fully embrace that eating moment. And it will be fulfilling for about 20 minutes...
But there is something to be said for powdered cheese and MSG together. That is definitely a flavor booster!
I did not have any Cheetos just in case you are wondering. Right now I'm intent on fulfilling my fitness goals and Cheetos just don't fit in with my meal plan right now.
