Coffee Connect (Live) is here. Probably the biggest piece of feedback I received over the past couple weeks is that folks would love a forum to meet live, connect and share coffee experiences. I've kicked off a daily live call to facilitate exactly that. There's a couple timeslots in there to suit different timezones and let's see how many folks we can get on to have some fun and talk about the good stuff. I loved hearing from so many of you last week about how excited you are for the Roaster Gathering so here’s the good news: we’ve got a date locked in! It wasn’t easy balancing over 14 hours of time zones, 🌎 🕣 ... but I’ve done my best to find a slot that works for as many of us as possible. This gathering is open to everyone, whether you’re deeply into roasting or just curious about what actually happens behind the scenes. So today is the last day of the london coffee festival, so far I've had an incredible time, I've met some amazing people including Benji the current UK champion of latte art. Ibe been to a cafe imports coffee cupping session and a pop up espresso bar. Today I hope to meet the_girl_in_the_cafe Celeste Wong, and gift her some coffee and equipment. Today i am ready for home but also sad it's almost over!

Today I snuck out of work for a couple of hours to the caffé culture trade show. I've not been able to attend any coffee events this year and it was fun to go to one even for a short period. Tasted some wonderful coffee, met some interesting people and saw some amazing feats of engineering! I hope some of you were able to visit as well? Would have loved to meet some of you there, and maybe next time we will!
