Matters that can be reported include: ➜ Poor service ➜ Refund claims ➜ Misleading advertisements ➜ Unfair treatment ➜ Fraud ➜ Alleged theft This digital transformation ensures greater efficiency, transparency, and accessibility for everyone engaging with the tourism sector.
