WOW! Aka day 77

It’s been 11 weeks since I found this community! The practice still feels brand new to me and the people feel like family.

I remember sharing after every practice. I remember laughing at some of my thoughts. I remember crying at some. In all situations I was not alone. I’ve been showered with love, comfort and most importantly reframing. I’ve grown and I’m grateful!

Thank y’all for providing a safe place. Knowing that you’re here helps me get through the work days.

I pray that as we move through our days we remember where our safe place(s) are.
