If you were able to tune in last week to the amazing podcast, you might remember the exercise in vulnerability and self-exploration that Jaggers introduced. If you missed it, I HIGHLY recommend you find it on your podcast platform and tune in. It was powerful stuff!
At one point, they were discussing how many of us live behind "masks" in some (or all) areas of our lives and how that limits us from being able to fully connect with others around us. It truly prevents us from reaching our fullest version of ourselves, and in a way prevents others from ever truly knowing us.
Today, I would like to take a moment to revive the exercise and take a step to initiate a place for everyone to practice this together. I will begin by providing a template for the practice, then I will post my own version.
**Template:** "(Name), right now, I would like you to see me as _________; but I would rather be loved for who I am."
I would like to see everyone pause for a moment and invite everyone who reads this to respond as honestly as possible here. I witnessed some of the most humbling and moving connection between Adam and Steven in the moments they exchanged these. I invite everyone to open yourselves to being truly seen and loved as you are. You are always worthy.

🫂 I'll Start: "Anyone who reads this~ Right now, I would like you to see me as someone who has their life organized. I would like to be seen as someone who is successful despite relentless hurdles, and as someone you can trust with your deepest secrets; but I would rather be loved exactly as I am."
