Friday's call got right into the heart of my work — the Somatic Pleasure Blueprint and the Four Pillars that support it. Thank you all for showing up and asking deep questions, making suggestions on how to improve the blueprint and asking for guided practices (more to come) ❤️🔥🤩💃🏽 🍒😏 We explored what it actually means to move out of thinking about our experience… and into feeling it in real time. Naming sensation. Tracking the body. Owning our inner state instead of bypassing it. ☮️ I shared how the Four Pillars guide this process — helping us build capacity for awareness, regulation, expression, and ultimately, pleasure. The deep, embodied sense of aliveness that comes from being fully present with ourselves. We talked about how regulation isn’t about forcing calm or pretending everything is okay. It’s about developing the ability to stay with what’s real — whether that’s grief, fatigue, tension, or even numbness — and allowing the body to move through it in its own timing. 🌀 We did some breath together, opened space for questions, and let the conversation unfold from there. What I love about these calls is how the teaching becomes alive — not just something I’m presenting, but something we’re all experiencing and exploring together. There was a moment where we touched on how the body will finally drop when it’s done holding everything together… and how powerful it is to trust that process instead of overriding it. This work isn’t about being “fixed.” It’s about becoming more available to yourself. More aware of your patterns. More connected to your body. And more able to choose what happens next — from a place that’s grounded, resourced, and real. 💥 Thank you top everyone that showed up, asked great questions and added their commentary to the conversation. @Dana Renee @Margaret Barr @Alicia Powers @David Bruce Leonard My good friend Siri Gian Khalsa Singh - who is not on Skool yet @Fanya Lewbin & @Fatima Teixeira
