Poem
Ash.... Poem I'm tired..... I am tired of translating your silence, of untangling the threads of your lies just to find a version of us that actually never existed. We built a cathedral out of maybe, and watched it collapse under the weight of never. I'm tiered... I'm tired of the fake shit. So let the fire have it. Let the hope turn into ash. Because I am done with breathing in the smoke of you and calling it love. I'm stepping out. Let the ground go cold. Every word you speak has a double bottom, a trapdoor, a hidden seam. taking my time, I would pull at loose threads, thinking I was mending us to only realize I was unraveling myself you guided me with false hope while laying all your dreams all around But a knot pulled too tight eventually chokes the life out of things it holds. NO MORE EXCUSES, This is where I cut the loose end Because every clearance opened up to a cliff. Every path led to a question. Every question was a quick lie. What a sick kind of alchemy, turning devotion into vertigo. But you can go and sad I win because I wave my flag twin Ashes to Ashes Dust till Dust. THE ASH OF IT ......... Delleesa Harris 6/29/26 In the ash of something that burns your skin, your soul your insanity. When love turns into lies When love turns you

Doubt
Doubt has a way of showing up dressed as truth. It whispers that you are late, behind, somehow catching up to people who started before you. But the soul does not move on a timeline built by comparison. Your awakening arrived exactly when you were ready to survive what it would ask of you. Every year you spent believing you were unaware was still your path unfolding, just not yet visible to you. There is no clock ticking against your becoming. The moment you woke up was the moment you were meant to. Nothing before that was wasted. It was preparation wearing the costume of delay. -The Corporate Alchemist

Day 73 - Morning Meditation - It's the 4th of July 🎇💥🤩🕺🚀
Today was a beautiful conversation about freedom, independence, and peace. @Dana Renee @Eric Stromberger and @Eva Savicki All chimed in with some very deep wisdom and thoughts. We all agreed that there could be 100 different conversations coming from just this one conversation. I'll post the excerpt later
💥 Friday's community Call .... was the bomb ‼️💣❤️‍🔥... everyone showed up fully embodied and ready to get deep ♥️♥️🚀❤️‍🔥
Friday's call got right into the heart of my work — the Somatic Pleasure Blueprint and the Four Pillars that support it. Thank you all for showing up and asking deep questions, making suggestions on how to improve the blueprint and asking for guided practices (more to come) ❤️‍🔥🤩💃🏽 🍒😏 We explored what it actually means to move out of thinking about our experience… and into feeling it in real time. Naming sensation. Tracking the body. Owning our inner state instead of bypassing it. ☮️ I shared how the Four Pillars guide this process — helping us build capacity for awareness, regulation, expression, and ultimately, pleasure. The deep, embodied sense of aliveness that comes from being fully present with ourselves. We talked about how regulation isn’t about forcing calm or pretending everything is okay. It’s about developing the ability to stay with what’s real — whether that’s grief, fatigue, tension, or even numbness — and allowing the body to move through it in its own timing. 🌀 We did some breath together, opened space for questions, and let the conversation unfold from there. What I love about these calls is how the teaching becomes alive — not just something I’m presenting, but something we’re all experiencing and exploring together. There was a moment where we touched on how the body will finally drop when it’s done holding everything together… and how powerful it is to trust that process instead of overriding it. This work isn’t about being “fixed.” It’s about becoming more available to yourself. More aware of your patterns. More connected to your body. And more able to choose what happens next — from a place that’s grounded, resourced, and real. 💥 Thank you top everyone that showed up, asked great questions and added their commentary to the conversation. @Dana Renee @Margaret Barr @Alicia Powers @David Bruce Leonard My good friend Siri Gian Khalsa Singh - who is not on Skool yet @Fanya Lewbin & @Fatima Teixeira
🌎 What a Wonderful World ❤️
I created this short film because sometimes we all need a reminder to slow down. To look up. To notice the beauty that’s still here. The trees. The sky. The people we love. The gift of another day. Creating this reminded me that even in the middle of life’s challenges, there is still so much to be grateful for. I hope it leaves you with that same feeling. 🧡
