My goodness - I opened up the call today and there were three people joining me for morning meditation... so good. @Eric Stromberger has been super steady, joining me for almost everyday so far. @Rosmari Tinus joined us all the way from Ontario, Canada. What came up for me today was family... reconciliation and coming together and aging all just being part of this long journey. It's hardening and very sweet. Not much to say today. Terrible night's sleep and my shoulder is killing me... The good news is my sister and two of my nieces are showing up here today for a visit.. FAMILY!! Love you - Have a wonderful day.
