Day 38 - Morning Meditation
My goodness - I opened up the call today and there were three people joining me for morning meditation... so good. @Eric Stromberger has been super steady, joining me for almost everyday so far. @Rosmari Tinus joined us all the way from Ontario, Canada. What came up for me today was family... reconciliation and coming together and aging all just being part of this long journey. It's hardening and very sweet. Have yourself a wonderful, wonderful Saturday and weekend whatever that means for you. I love you! ❤️‍🔥

Day 33 - Morning Meditation🧘🏼‍♀️‼️🚀
Hard to believe it's been 33 consecutive days of meditation... I'm proud of you!! Today I was just really paying attention to when I feel myself drop in to the space to the meditation. My thoughts change and become much more abstract and kind of disjointed. And just as easily, my thoughts will become very structured and logistic and making plans. But I love it when that moment happens - the disconnect is so much more fun and free.

To Sleep or Not to Sleep - that really isn't a question... ‼️🤩🌈‼️
The other day I had a little discussion with @Rositsa Aleksandrova 🍉🍉🍉about the importance of sleep.💤 😴🚀 I don't think I need to say it, but I'm going to anyway… SLEEP IS YOUR BEST FRIEND .... PERIOD There are many factors that contribute to you getting a good nights sleep and getting real rest. It is also one of the factors amongst many in having a healthy life 👽 and having clear thinking 💭🤔💖 and the capacity to focus 🧘🏼‍♀️🖕❤️‍🔥 and longevity. 🏄🏼‍♂️🐒❤️‍🔥 What do you do to insure a good nights sleep??
