The older I get, the more I realise that confidence doesn't come before action.
Confidence comes from action.
Most of us spend far too much time waiting: ✨ Waiting to feel ready.
✨ Waiting to feel confident.
✨ Waiting for the perfect opportunity.
✨ Waiting for certainty.
But growth happens when we move before we feel ready.
The uncomfortable conversation. The application. The business idea. The challenge. The first step.
Sometimes courage isn't a giant leap.
Sometimes courage is simply deciding: 🌱 "I'm doing it anyway."
And if Disney has taught us anything, it's that the magic rarely happens inside our comfort zones.
