What’s Not Working: Work life balance.
Pattern I Identified:
Blaming fatigue, and environmental circumstances.
Where It Shows Up: in my physical health.
What It Leads To: Overthinking and a lot of guilt or shaming which leads to a spiral of low self esteem. Which makes me more tired than I already am.
Today I proved: That cycles can be broken through discipline and support.
I AM someone who sees my patterns clearly because it happens more than often not to ignore anymore.
