My Pattern: Falling into old bad c "comfort" habits /zones the moment I feel unsure about things around me. Trigger: When something out of my control happens. Old Behavior: Overthinking and guilt. My New Response: 👉 Instead of overthinking and shaming myself , I will take a deep breath and decide to take life slow it's not a race.
Day 17 take action!
Pattern : Turning thoughts, stress, food and avoidance into a comfort zone. Trigger: Situations out of my control, overthinking. Behavior: Overthinking and falling into old habits. Outcome: Guilt and regress in physical health. 🌿

Week 3 day 16 whoohooo!
What’s Not Working: Work life balance. Pattern I Identified: Blaming fatigue, and environmental circumstances. Where It Shows Up: in my physical health. What It Leads To: Overthinking and a lot of guilt or shaming which leads to a spiral of low self esteem. Which makes me more tired than I already am. Today I proved: That cycles can be broken through discipline and support. I AM someone who sees my patterns clearly because it happens more than often not to ignore anymore.

Week 3
What’s Working: Having a checklist and working through it during my day. No rush just calmness and order. What’s Not Working: Blaming my surroundings and circumstances for not having enough discipline to do what I want to do, who I need to become. Where I’m Out of Alignment: Consistency. What I’ve Been Tolerating: Sometimes falling into an old habits. Today I proved: I AM someone who faces the truth because I identified my underlying causes.
