My Energy Leak: Trying to manage too many priorities at once without a simple daily structure.
My New Standard: I choose clarity, structure and focused action over scattered energy and overwhelm.
What I Did Today: I identified where my energy has been leaking and chose one clear standard to support the person I am becoming.
What Changed: I stopped seeing structure as restriction and started seeing it as support for my growth, peace and consistency.
Today I proved: I AM someone who takes action because I am no longer just noticing what drains me — I am choosing better structure, clearer focus and one intentional step forward 📍
