Friends, Colleagues and Family

What Stood Out:

My Circle of Friends is very small. Most of the people who drain my energy are my family.

Who I Didn’t Want to Admit:

I did not want to admit the my partner is someone that drains my energy.

Today I proved:

I AM someone who sees the truth about my relationships because I AM focused on becoming the best version of myself and being honest with myself and others to protect my energy. I AM setting boundaries and being mindful of who I allow to pour into my life. I have the courage face what I have been ignoring all along. I AM Committed to dismantling the old systems that drains me and opening my eyes with discernment to acknowledge truth, no matter how uncomfortable that may be. I AM Growing into a space where I AM authentic and apologetically me. I AM strong and courageous
