Movement used to mean something I did only when I had enough time, energy, or motivation.
From today, movement means honouring the body God has given me. Every step, stretch, and workout is an investment in my health, strength, and future.
Today I moved my body by walking for 2.03km. That was choosing intentional movement, no matter how small. I strengthened my body because consistency is more important than perfection.
I AM protecting my strength. I am choosing to take daily habits that build a healthier, stronger, and more resilient version of myself. I am caring for my body so I can serve my purpose with energy, endurance, and joy.
