Back in the Game!
The past two months have been a grind without any new listings or deals—I’ve been focused on staying in the right headspace and consistent with my cold calls using the scripts and objection handlers. Today, I locked up a deal and dispo’d it in under an hour for a $53K spread. Still need to get it to closing, but it’s a strong start to May.
A Motivating Win
I closed my first wholesale-style deal using a double close — and walked away with a $35,640 check in just 3 weeks. -And that after only being in the community for a few weeks. The biggest win? Before joining the Smart Money Zoom Collective, I would not have had the confidence to even attempt this. I had never wholesaled a deal before and didn’t personally know anyone who had.
