Hey everyone. One of my buyers sent me a photo of his excel spreadsheet to evaluate deals ( i flipped it to another buyer here). Curious if anyone has experience recreating this or steering me to someone who can. If I can see how he evaluates and use his formula, I can better price property.
When I get a ppl inbound, and I follow the script, are you pitching the cash offer number on that call? Or are you setting up the seller for a follow up call with numbers?
question, when a lead has tenants until march 1, so they cant sell until then, do you still pitch? I politely confronted at least 3x to get rents as maybe i'd buy with them in, but the seller would not say what they are paying.
