9 of 10 will be a listing?

- In one of the mastermind classes, you mentioned that 9 of 10 deal will be a listing? Do you mean that a direct-to-seller or wholesale deal isn't possible in most cases, and that usually turns into a listing?

If that is the case, can I ask for a higher referral fee (especially because I am a licensed agent) from realtors? How about a tiered structure? 25% for the first 5 properties, 30% for the next 5, 35% for the next 5 & 40% for the last. This resets each year...
