Congratulations to the incredible @Tosanna Pierre locking up first deal! She is proof that believing in yourself, taking action and consistency is the key to success. She shows up on the weekly sales call, asks for feedback and implements. This lead came from a foreclosure list, she was following up with the seller, asked me what questions to ask to move the deal forward called the seller that same day and booked a call for an offer and my team was able to get it to the finish line for her. Blessed to be part of her journey and I know there are many more wins to come! If you still don't have your first deal it's just around the corner the next call could be that deal! Keep showing up

Need some advise on a pre foreclosure.
I have a homeowner that is in pre foreclosure. She took forbearance during covid and now the lender is calling it due. She says she can afford the mortgage but does not have the lump sum for the forbearance. She has tried to restructure her loan but the lender does not want to. The lender is also not accepting her mortgage payments. She is leaning towards going Chap 13. She currently owes $82k and her monthly payments are $1715.00. She has high equity. On propstream the value of the house id $418k with $336k in equity. I think she can be helped by getting funds to pay off what she owes, then have her sign a right to purchase the house at some time in the future for a pre-agreed amount. What are her other options?

They have tried that but it was denied. I have broached the subject of selling, but she is adamant she does not want to have title changed to another name.
