Hi, I am not sure if this is something you do. I have a customer who needs some assistance completing a renovation. According to him he has most of the work done, but the contractor he was working with ran out on him. I don't know much about renovation, so I don't think I know all the right questions to ask. Let me know if interested.

Grateful for this community for helping me grow and build more confidence. I was just able to lock in a $20K assignment using strategies Kevin and Aidelys shared — specifically around asking the right questions about the offer and helping the sellers determine what truly worked best for them. That approach gave me the insight I needed to beat out the competition, even though our offer wasn’t technically the highest. This was a multiple-offer situation in a hot Miami market, and I was able to get a buyer I trust out to the property and ultimately secure the deal.
