Hosting a party a party in a few weeks. We are having a taco bar and some sides. Wondering what kinds of wines I should by. Was thinking Albariño, some Chardonnay and Sav Blanc (because they’re my favorite). What reds do you think would go well with tacos? Also having 30 ppl of which probably half will drink wine. Would 10 bottles be too much? I mean course they won’t go to waste! Thanks for your recommendations. And I’d rather not break the bank.
