Most communities do not fail because of bad strategy, they fail because the person building them never got clear on who they actually are, and how to give themselves away to other people in the space that they are creating, 🫣.
So they show up inconsistently, and wonder why nobody really cares🥲
You cannot build a community people want to be in until you know how to be super real and authentic in it.🥰
