🌟 Community Builder Spotlight: Meet Avinash
Every Community Builder Spotlight tells a story. This week, we're excited to introduce @Avinash Khatri founder of YouTube Business Club (YBC). If you've ever felt overwhelmed trying to grow on YouTube, you're not alone. Many business owners know they should be creating content. They just don't know how to turn that content into a consistent source of traffic, trust, and clients. That's where Avinash comes in. Rather than chasing the latest algorithm or posting more for the sake of posting more, Avinash helps creators build a simple, sustainable YouTube system that fits their business and their life. His mission is clear: "I want to help business owners stop chasing more content and instead build a simple YouTube system that consistently brings them traffic, trust, and clients." Inside Skoolology, Avinash has become known for more than his expertise. He asks thoughtful questions. He shares what he's learning. He encourages other community builders. And he consistently adds insights that help all of us think a little differently. In fact, if you want to see exactly what we mean, look at what he shared with us this week: a full, honest month of his own community-building experiments, the wins, the real numbers, and even the one thing he'd do differently. That's Avinash in a nutshell. He doesn't just talk about building. He tries things, learns out loud, and brings what he finds back to all of us. That kind of generous experimenting is the very heart of what we're doing here. Those are the qualities that make him this week's Community Builder Spotlight. If YouTube is part of your business strategy, or you want to build an audience without feeling overwhelmed, I encourage you to visit what Avinash is building. šŸ‘‰ YouTube Business Club (not an affiliate link)

Hold up wait I might need this one šŸ‘€ I really just need to bunker down and do the thing but I can’t figure out what’s really blocking me from moving forward on doing and sticking with a YouTube channel. Maybe I have too many ideas and just can’t pick one šŸ˜®ā€šŸ’ØšŸ™ƒšŸ˜…

@Avinash Khatri that lead my brain to picture a niche it never has before actually. The people I want to help has recently changed. That perspective has some interesting options. I have to get ready for a meeting but I’ll definitely be circling back to give this more direct attention than just scrolling notifications on my phone šŸ˜…šŸ“±
Plot Twist: Apparently I'm a Bearded ManšŸ¤šŸ¤”šŸ«£
Yesterday I commented in the Skool Classifieds. A few minutes later, I got a DM: "You'd be a great fit for my community!" Well... that's exciting. šŸ˜„ So I clicked. It was a community for... Bearded men. šŸ§” I looked in the mirror. Double checked. Still no beard. I briefly considered growing one for the sake of community research, but Todd suggested I stick to studying communities instead. šŸ˜‚ It did make me laugh because it reminded me of something. Sometimes we're so focused on finding more members that we forget the goal isn't more people. It's the right people. Thankfully, I survived the experience with my chin still smooth and another research note for the notebook. 🤣 Has anyone else ever been invited to a community that made you think, "I'm pretty sure you have the wrong person..."?

One of my favorite things about this community is getting to know the amazing people behind the profile pictures.šŸ«‚ So, let's have a little fun today... Complete this sentence: Outside of work, you'll usually find me...šŸ‘€ Maybe you're... 🌿 Tending a garden šŸ“š Lost in a good book 🄾 Exploring a hiking trail šŸŽØ Creating something with your hands šŸ‘Øā€šŸ³ Trying a new recipe šŸŽ£ On the lake 🐾 Spoiling your pets ā˜• Curled up with coffee and a cozy blanket Or maybe it's something completely different! I'll start in the comments. 😊 šŸ‘‡ Your turn! Let's discover a little more about each other.
