Not in a row but since I started last week. Just did the treadmill and stairmaster for about 35 minutes total
Fitness as a mood altering drug
Boy oh boy have I been feeling better. I’ve just been doing light work in the gym for about 30 minutes the past 4 days(missed yesterday due to busyness) and what a world of difference. Try it ya’ll!! Be kind to yourself and push a tiny bit but start of with light exercise to form a routine and don’t mess up the routine! Just show up! It’s worth it!

Activity: Today’s all about stepping up and getting the body moving with intention. Start with a mix of stretching and light exercises to build consistency without overdoing it. Let’s make movement a habit! Workout Plan: 1. Warm-Up (5 minutes): 2. Core Exercise (10 minutes): 3. Cool-Down (5 minutes): Building consistency starts with small steps. Each day you commit to moving, you’re getting closer to your goals. Plus, working out helps with focus and discipline—perfect prep for saving money and eventually smashing it in online streaming!
