Got in 18100 steps, which included a 30 minute 2 mile jog, did 10 minutes of rowing, and tried to get as many squats as I could for the leg challenge in Path of the Dragon Skool. I did 50. Gunna go for more today!

Only 3400 steps today. A bit of a depressing but okay day…had its ups and downs. Did 11 pushups dips sit-ups squats bridges and lunges and 2 30 second horse stance holds and a wide knee horse stance hold too.

Accomplishment
Walked 15,000+ steps today, did some range of motion exercises and had a great family day today and IT FEELS GREAT!! I feel amazing!! Gotta do this more! To successful days that make you feel good 🍻
