Day 39: Progress in the Small Things
Keeping the momentum alive and focusing on the little wins today. Habit 1: Cooking Plan 🍳Plan: Tried something new, I made a neo pizza, tomatos and basil, with parm on top. Habit 2: Walking Plan 🚶♀️Plan: Walked my usual 30 minutes but added a short jog at the end to challenge myself a bit. Felt great to push a little harder. Day 39 Challenge: Focus on gratitude.Today, I reflected on how far I’ve come in these 39 days. From saving money by cooking at home to staying consistent with my walking habit, it’s all adding up, and I’m proud of the progress. Reflection: Day 39 reminded me that consistency isn’t just about discipline, it’s about finding joy in the process. On to Day 40! 🚀✨
