As we're building out resources, I want to hear from you. As mentioned in the on-boarding, I have 4 principles of performance and like a garden chair, when one of the legs goes missing, it's only a matter of time before training and performance start to drop! Out of the 4 areas, which do you feel you neglect the most? And specific what is it about the principle that you struggle with e.g nutrition and pre & intra-fuelling intake for my long slow runs on Sunday. The more you reach out, and engage with the community and get your problems solves whilst getting rewarded with our leaderboard system!
