New Beginnings - and I need your help...
This is something I've wanted to build for a while, most of you will know me somewhat personally and see how passionate about physical development. However, I need your help. As "founding members" this is your opportunity to dictate where this group goes, what support you need, what resources and features that you feel would make you physical development journey easier! Alongside be part of a community that invested in high performance and athletic development. So how to kick this off: 1) Create a post introducing yourself, what you do/play and your 90 day physical/performance goal. 2) Comment top 3 key aspects you're struggling with your training, performance or nutrition. 3) Once you've done the 3 above, drop me a DM to book in your Roadmap "Game Plan" Call ⚡ Let's start as we mean to go on - SH⚡

Systems Underpin Successful Processes You Do
Almost every successful process has a systemised approach to it, whether that be your training, nutrition, career/job or even your day to day activities and structure. Now, these systems can be either conscious or subconscious systems with success being either as simple as the completion of the process (e.g getting ready for work in the morning) or a specific given result (e.g losing 5kg in a month). However, what happens if there isn't a system to a process you carry out - it is typically dysfunctional, irregular and not very reliable. Think to your own training, nutrition or even week day morning habits. Can you confidently say over the last 2-3 weeks that you've been consistent with: - Your Training Intensity - Your Protein and Total Calorie intake - Your Sleep Duration and Sleep/Wake Timings - Your Hydration If you can't, then it might be a good idea to pick one and get granular with your approach and PROCESS. Consistent Inputs = Reliable Outputs. What areas have you subsequently neglected and is their a "process" that you struggle with systemising?
Sunday 28th September... You coming?
Our first ever zoom huddle is not far away! I'm finally settled in Melbourne and I've planned few topics of discussion lined up for our first zoot meet BUT these huddles are a chance for you to engage, ask question and allow to bridge the current gap in your performance roadblock all over a morning coffee/lunch. As always, I'll come prepared and provide some performance gems but DO comment any question, issues or an area you'd like me to cover - and I'll touch on it in the call. Let me know when you can attend below. Sami 🫡
