I need you guys help
Hey ! I hope you guys are doing good Personally I'm doing okay So , a little context I made a best friend on Instagram , this guy is absolutely a gem of a friend !! We got close in a sec and we started planning stuff together , that we'll live together once I move out etc , we built trust actually and comfort . Things were cool , until he started talking to this girl ( mind you he lives in another continent than I do ) so he talks to me about her etc and lemme clarify something , I am not attracted to him by any means , we are best friends and I love to see him at his best , but my nervous system snapped because I thought he was gonna replace me or abandon me , something like that , my traumas came to the surface and my anxiety peaked . He told me that hey , if anything comes in the way , I will communicate I won't randomly vanish but my old version of me keeps saying that he will ( which I know might be a trauma response ) but yeah . And we still talk everyday , until today I told him I need to regulate my nervous system because I don't feel very good , and he was so understanding of the situation. I will take today to have an honest conversation with myself and do a little meditation because my anxiety became physical these 4 days ago . What should I do to to take the attachment away , and keep the friendship healthy and comfortable for both of us ? And if anyone has a way to cope with attachment anxiety please let me know . Thank you all 🫶🏻

Hey y'all I am currently 14 and have been going against all these addictions for years and I finally believe that I am ready to quit move on and live life to the fullest. I am sure a lot y'all have been in the position I am in right now do any of you have advice you me to help never think about the bad habits or bad things again and only move forward as well as doing well in skl ( I am doing my GCSEs next year which is like exams people in the UK take) Any advice would be appreciated 🤝
I deleted social medias today
Hello everyone ! I hope everyone's doing good It's been a minute since you guys heard from me on this channel . I was not busy I was just distracted . I took this step to go back to my old good habits that were my only focus in summer , like reading , journaling , hobbies In this month of January until today , I got so trapped in social medias , because I met this guy and we became online best friends , so we used to talk everyday But that kind of thing overwhelmed me easily now , and also kind of triggered my traumas because I got a little attached to him . But here we go , time to focus on myself and build a future that only me can achieve . Rockstar me is calling gotta answer !! Also I try to focus on my health because it has been decreasing for the last month and a half . Anxiety and some other health problems Now I need to start exercising so I will get healthier in my body . Thanks everyone for reading til the end . I appreciate you
