And just do ONE thing.
If you’re like me and simply have a hard time just getting past the starting line, try simply doing one thing—just that, no strings attached. I’d love to say the momentum behind it can get you going, but the truth is, there’s no guarantee. But even if it doesn’t, you can still say you did that one thing. Progress is progress.
Don’t fall into the trap of not being good enough for your own goals. Lower them. Meet yourself. Goals aren’t meant for us to jump up and prance after—they’re meant to meet us where we are and offer a helping hand. Don’t forget that.
And don’t forget that everyone is living this life for the first time, and each of us has our own path to follow. Stop peering through the gaps in the trees or trying to catch up through a desire line. Your path is just ahead.
Screw everyone else—and just do one thing.
