@Nathan Madrid I will also start walking on the weekends don't have time during the week so I never do them
Update
So in a previous post I asked for advice on how to approach someone i was interested in, an although it took some time, i finally dipped my toes in a little bit. It was a little compliment, we didnt have time for a conversation, but im really happy that im getting out of my comfort zone, im way more ahead than i was 6 months ago. We have had interactions that were handed on a silver platter which was nice, but this is the first time where i made the conscious decision to interact with her. Ive always been good with conversations but not sparking them, so im just proud of myself. Right now i need to keep dipping my toes in as deep as possible every chance i get. Thank you all for the advice!

Im almost there!!!!
I remember a little more than a year ago when i discovered calisthenics. I couldnt do 5 pushups, or a single pullup, and i would dream of doing a planche. Though i cant hold it well yet, i can finally get into the position and hold it for a second. It feels SO good that my dreams might actually be in reach soon.🙏

I remember when I was in very interested in calisthenics then realised I was a couch potato. I'm glad to see someone make progress on it
