new idea! I'ma do 100 push-ups a day!
I do it for 2 days
then I miss a day
then I do 25
then I try to do 100 but can only do 75.
then I get tired of having to do this and abandon it.
boom gone. that beautiful idea to work on my fitness and physique is now not helping me progress. because I'm not doing it.
just do it. repeatedly. a small change over a long time is a big change
keep working, praying for y'all
