Been keeping it around 1600 this week, wanting to regain a little lost momentum. Boxing gym only once this week, and strength training 4 days so far. Busy weekend ahead. Gonna be outside doing some major groundskeeping with the family. Looking forward to it.

Accountability post April 30 and May 1
Right on target with all my non negotiables except today I’m way over on the calories. I’m not trying to make any excuses. Just sharing what is. Workouts, steps, early wake ups, praying, journaling, giving my all to work and family has never been a problem for me. But sticking to my calories sometimes is a challenge, especially when my body accumulates fatigue. But it’s all a learning experience and I’m grateful. Thank God for everything. There’s no destination, only the way.

Yesterday hit a new low on the scale 182.1, this morning I matched the same weight lol. A little over on calaries at 1943 but hit my steps!

Cracks started forming in my performance towards the end of my wife's trip. No excuses, I just lost the edge and have been clawing my way back to consistency.
