Fasted until about noon and ate a little tuna before working out this afternoon. Had a nice post workout snack then dinner. About 1100 calories. Slept good last night for the first time without any substances for probably about a year and a half, maybe two years. Asleep at about 1030 and slept most of the night no problem. Gotta keep this momentum going. Wondering if the one larger meal towards later afternoon is helping with that...

Ate aboutb 1400 calories and didnt do much yesterday. Just hung around the house with the kids and soaked up the family time. Sleep was rough but it was the weekend so I just watched my usual Dispenza video and some other stuff on YouTube and switched back to reading. Slept in today and had another great day with the family but pretty tired. Ate about 1500 today and went a little overboard on fat and carbs with some chips and light snacking but nothing too crazy. Ready for the week... About to start winding down for the night. I think it will be easier tonight becauseof how tired I am....thank you God for my wonderful family and the privilege of caring for them...

Not too bad actually but their like 140 calories and have oils and other stuff. Going to look for better quality. Obviously the fruit amd veggies i eat have been sprayed with shit thats not good for me too so its not like im really doing myself any big favors either way...

Day 86 of the cut
The goal is to be done cutting this month. I think 100 days is enough for a really impressive transformation. For sure plan to be done cutting by the end of this month. And then transition into maintenance and improving my performance. Today was a win. 2400 calories is a bit more than I initially planned but my body was just asking for more fuel today so I decided to not deprive it. I didn’t eat anything different, just more of the same foods I normally eat. Macros still on point. 22k steps. Solid day. Step forward for sure. Thank God for everything.

Great work Shark. I am always inspired by your tenacity and how you never give up. Ive learned alot from you and still am, and am grateful for getting to work alongside you.

@Shark Grebeniuk I guess im just a weirdo then 🤪 Way back when I started trying to lose weight I got super hooked on Chris Heria's routines and he does a lot of dietary stuff on YouTube as well. He said he rarely eats bread and I think at that time I psyched myself into trying to mimic his approach as much as possible. Am I overthinking it? Yes ultimately but avoiding bread type foods just became habit. I dont think bread is actually addictive but its one of those foods that I would likely overeat because of how good it tastes to me.

@Shark Grebeniuk that makes sense about Herias genetics being a skinny guy. I started following him before I knew anything about nutrition or exercise or anything I just really liked his exercises and they way he looks and wanted to emulate that as much as possible. I ate some bread today. Got avocado toast at my favorite café and I gotta say it felt great. Shark im telling you, I have an addictive personality so I need to be careful about what I put in my body and becoming too comfortable with it. Im not demonizing bread but I much prefer carbs from other foods. Too much bread is filling and makes me feel puffy. Dont like it.

Fasted again until about noon then had a little but of tuna before my workout then a nice lunch and early dinner about 4ish...ate separately from the family since im working late tonight. I dont know why the fat is so low. I think it was actually a little higher than that. Might be a weird entry in MyFitness Pal or something...grateful for another day of sobriety and being in full control of my mind and body.
