I have been doing pretty good but Saturday went out and ate 2300 calories. Been keeping things pretty under control otherwise. Work and kid activity has taken off. We are doing sports for two of them and time is just flying by. Didnt go to boxing gym last week and probably not this week either since wife is out of town.

This is only 1628 calories however Im feeling like I ate more than that. Great strength training session today and took the kids over to a friend's after work for game night. Very fun.

Accountability post April 8
1838 calories. 25k steps. Calisthenics session + jump rope done. Work. And of course quality family time with my wife and son. Thank God for everything. Today’s a win. The saga continues.

Somehow without even really planning it Ive managed to hover right at 1900ish calories per day since Sunday. Plus or minus 15-25ish. What im eating has changed last couple days but trying to keep it balanced with carbs and protein (not so much yesterday 😅) and workouts have been awesome. Grazing off Easter leftovers so lots of ham and grilled salmon and some broccoli salad. Mixed in with my usual stuff like non fat greek yogurt, protein powder, and sprinkling in granola.

@Shark Grebeniuk truthfully I have felt a little more full than I like. However I feel the results in strength training. In spite of not dropping weight Im adding a couple pull ups to each set and comfortably added some weight to a couple of chest/arm exercises. Thinking maybe I fast a day this week or something just to maintain the leanness. What do you think?

@Shark Grebeniuk but to answer the question directly overall I do feel good. Energy and mood definitely better.
