Somehow without even really planning it Ive managed to hover right at 1900ish calories per day since Sunday. Plus or minus 15-25ish. What im eating has changed last couple days but trying to keep it balanced with carbs and protein (not so much yesterday 😅) and workouts have been awesome. Grazing off Easter leftovers so lots of ham and grilled salmon and some broccoli salad. Mixed in with my usual stuff like non fat greek yogurt, protein powder, and sprinkling in granola.
