Macros day 5 - faaaaaat
I didnt post macros yesterday because I fell into a fat trap of my own making and tried to fix it but no way that was happening. I know what I did and how to avoid it. Just need to make sure I actually do.

@Shark Grebeniuk it was a piece of cake.
Fitness journey to better myself
Jake here from PA, I swam/trained with shark in college. Life hit and I gained a good amount of weight at my desk job. In my prime I was in the 150s, August this year I hit 207/208 lbs. This is when I decided to start my journey with Shark working out again. I used to binge drink a lot based on past tramas. Since August I've committed to 4 things that I believe have best helped my journey: 1) Stopped drinking completely (minus 3 times around my birthday I regret, but I am past it) 2) getting better sleep consistently 3) working out 2-3 times per week (steady meaningful workouts not overdoing it) I also learned the hard way too much cardio will make you extra hungry, therefore when I ate lean chicken breast after it had the best affect. 4) eating healthy, lean meats like 97/3 ground beef, tuna, chicken breast/wings and steak have been the best for me. I started this journey exactly 4 months ago at 207/208. Currently today I am down to 187/188 lbs hitting PRs in the gym weekly, still committing to being sober, as said below also, Seltzer drinks have helped me the best. Feeling good today, going strong 💪.

Hey Jeff welcome and excited to work alongside you 💪
Macros day 4
Totally blew it on the fat today. I had homemade meatloaf for dinner so it might have been leaner than what MyFitnessPal says but I don't really know.
