RE: Anti Prompt Method (Do This Before We Go Live)
Hey folks, I decided I wanted to make this a little bit more interactive and actually help you ship a tool within the next 60 minutes that we have together on Tuesday. Can you please go into the school membership area #Tools You Need + How to Install Them and make sure you have accounts to all these tools? Even if you have a paid Claude Account, I would still test clicking on that link because it may give you free Claude Code credits, which will come in handy. Everything else is a free tool that you can use and I expect you won't have to pay for unless you start serving hundreds of thousands of users.
The Anti Prompt Method is Live
This is going to show you the essentialist workflow I used to flip a $24K launch into a $74K launch using Claude and old transcripts, PDF's and resources gathering digital dust. If you have assets and want more than just a GPT without being the least bit technical, this is for you. Details are here 👇 https://antipromptmethod.com/
Weekly update
Partner offer is still cranking 1K/day in ad spend. Interesting to see worldwide targeting is failing us and getting us worse traffic than ever before. Be mindful if you're testing worldwide. A big insight during this process of running up ads compared to what I've previously done... ...worldwide ads are not working nearly as well. For my campaigns I would always literally just turn worldwide on and it would work better every time once we had significant pixel data. For this offer they bomb every single time. I'm not sure if that's because of the offer itself or it's the change in the algorithm but whatever it is, good to be careful of. Currently just targeting four or five countries plus all of Europe and that seems to be working. Currently working on two SaaS apps. First is a new version of the AI Library for The Productized Coach. And the second is a platform for our partner so we can make the offer more "DFY" and less reliant on the expert plus makes the offer 10X better. New 1-on-1 client lost a high 6 figure amount last year from ads, agencies and sales teams... ...also drained his soul of passion in his business. He was completely disconnected. So we dug deep and made a new offer he's 10X more passionate about that's focused on a major trend in the market that major competitors aren't covering... ...and he is now LOVING it! Enrolled 3 new clients off an initial launch and I bet he'll get to 10 before the offer closes down. All without overpaying for a sales team and dropping a mil booking calls. Finishing up the new version of Sell While You Sleep 2.0. Long overdue. My previous attempts to create it just weren't sitting right. Figured out why and now getting the team to deploy page next week then creating the assets. Plus just learning a TON (Claude Skills, Claude Code, Comparing ROASPY and Hyros attribution etc). But enough about me... I'm going to be recording more YT content and having a lot more workshops. So...anything you're struggling with?
My Bare Basic Way to Get More Buyers With AI
Since I started building software and apps knowing nothing about this stuff, I always thought I would hit a limit of what I could do. And 6 months ago, you definitely would. I remember a lot of people getting into Loveable and into vibe coding where you would hear half the time about something breaking and being unable to fix it. Your imagination was capped. It was still easier to go pay for a SaaS than build something. I definitely felt like this when I started using Claude Code even with the previous Opus 4.5 model. It was great, but it still felt hard. Plus trying to write a long webinar script with it turned it into the worst kind of AI slop that was all robotic fluff. Fast forward to today and not only are the models better but the tools INSIDE Claude are better. To the point where I just start imagining things and realize that if I wanted to sit with Claude for a bit of time I could create it. Example: I have a simple workflow through Claude Code that takes piles of old transcripts and creates products out of them. But here's the thing... Without direction people create words, images and code that just gathers digital dust somewhere. Give someone a Lamborghini that doesn't know how to drive manual and they are stuck in first gear. That's why this next workshop is all about shipping stuff. There's going to be zero fluffy hype about how "this new expensive tool is going to make you a millionaire overnight". Or completely overpromise the world making you believe you're behind because AI hasn't made you a million dollars yet. Instead... how to simply: A) Get more buyers B) Get more clients By creating tools and assets (out of your old transcripts and Gdrive folders) that completely amplify your offer to truly make it a category of one. More details on this one coming next week. P.S 95% of the stuff you see on FB or any social platform for AI is absolute fluffy garbage. For this workshop, I'm going to show you how to experience JOMO (joy of missing out) because you have thee best setup to do anything you damn well please for as little as $20/month.
Lessons From a $41K Day in Profit + Poll For Next Workshop
I'll start off with saying webinars are A LOT of work if you're selling direct to cart. So it's Friday, I can lift my head up from the initial launch (have another live one Saturday). For context, I've been working on a webinar for a while for our publishing partner. And I mean...a while. Thought I had the original draft after I created it with Claude only for it to be complete and utter garbage. So I burned that down and started from scratch. The messy middle of learning something new is messy. But I wanted to go deep into the trenches of running a good webinar. And the other day, was definitely a success. Had 220+ people live and 41K collected in backend sales without calls. Not a bad start even when the screen was so blurry you couldn't see the finer text and a whole range of tech stuff went wrong 😂 So for simplicity here I'm going to break down what worked and what sucked. What We Need To Get Better At: First Creating Webinars FASTER My gosh, webinars! In the end, the content and everything for the webinar was absolutely 🔥 But at the same time...it took so damn long to build. Learning from Jason Fladlin's program, who's one of the best at webinars, he scripts out all of his webinars and THEN turns it into slides. My idea was to use AI to do a huge chunk of this and honestly it cost me more time than it was worth. Simply because the voice came out wrong, a bunch of stuff wasn't true and it didn't flow well. It just made a bunch of stuff up and even though I was using literally the best Claude models, it still just didn't work well. I would say AI is probably really damn good here if you're trying to bullet something out and rant. Also way more forgiving if you're booking calls or lower ticket price. But we wanted folks giving us 3K paid in full of the webinar to a luke warm/cold audience. My partner and I frantically going through the deck after 2 referrals updating things making it better until late into the night to rock it. However looking back, know EXACTLY how I would do it in 1/4 the time now if I ever had to do one again.
