I caught him Promptdubating 😬
I caught him red handed.,, Hands sweaty over the keyboard on Zoom after a long rigorous session. And he begins telling me "I was getting coached by Claude and I realized..." True promptdubating at it's finest. Spinning in circles for hours with an overly confident AI that will tell you to confidently blow up your entire business because you are 100% confident that a 7/month membership is the right way to go. Now don't get me wrong... I love AI. Absolutely love it. Gosh at this rate I could be using to write this email if I wanted to (maybe I am?) 🤖 But the reason it's very difficult to prompt yourself to a million dollar business is because AI works when you or a user think with it. This is why a lot of AI apps work so well...they have a human who is fine tuning the instructions in the backend of the AI tool in order for it to actually work. And this is what I'll be doing a lot more of going into 2026 and having so much fun doing it. Making literal fool proof agentic workflows to come up with ideas and crank out offers. However, the only thing that makes these "work" is you. Show up with a terrible offer idea and the best of the best AI tools can help. That's why we're going to have some fun next week and kick off 2026 with a bang by mapping out the exact offers you need to launch in order to hit your income target. Don't care if that's your first (or next) million or you want to make a few grand a month but spend 10X more time with your kids. Both are great targets as long as they are yours and not someone elses. Which is why Offer Mapping is happening bright and early on Jan 5th. Writing is the most profitable skill I contintinue to hone and I will never fully hand that over to our AI overloards as I love it tooo much.

Hope you are all having a wonderful holiday season. Looking at putting on The Foundation Workshop last week of December to get all the offers you want to launch in 2026 mapped out. Will either be earlier January when I'm back or next week pre new years.

Quick Note on Raising Prices
Fundamentally decided that I'm jacking up all my prices significantly now that I'm onboarding new rev-share partners and I see that that is an extremely profitable avenue. Which means my average hourly rate is increasing significantly. The way to do this is simple... Stop giving people the "how" and actually give them a deliverable. This can be done on all planes including mindset. It's a shift moving from coaching (which is often seen as lower value now) to implementation. That's why I've found over and over again that the top headlines I run always have an action verb in the first line. Because people want the result, not the "how to" P.S All the 1-on-1 calls sold out VERY quickly. I'm going to be opening a few more spots but there won't be any availability until 2026
