Fundamentally decided that I'm jacking up all my prices significantly now that I'm onboarding new rev-share partners and I see that that is an extremely profitable avenue.
Which means my average hourly rate is increasing significantly.
The way to do this is simple...
Stop giving people the "how" and actually give them a deliverable.
This can be done on all planes including mindset.
It's a shift moving from coaching (which is often seen as lower value now) to implementation.
That's why I've found over and over again that the top headlines I run always have an action verb in the first line.
Because people want the result, not the "how to"
