Hello all, Just checking in to see what all you might be experiencing re: ebook vs. paperback sales? My one book that I have as both ebook and paperback I am seeing 40% ebook and 60% paperback sales. What all are your experiences?

So, I just applied for my Library of Congress LCCN (Library of Congress Control Number), and I know it's meant to take weeks to get assigned my number (heck their confirmation email even says so!), but... I'm ALSO seeing a LCCN immediately on the My Request page... Is the internet just full of old information saying you have to upload a PDF and then wait six months to get a number... ? Or... Is this *NOT* my LCCN...?

So, when adding my ePUB to Amazon KDP, there's an important question about DRM that once answered can never be changed... It asks "apply Digital Rights Management (DRM) to your files?" followed by "Note: This cannot be changed after publication." Everything I've read basically says "Nah, don't do it" but I also don't see a reason NOT to do it now in 2025...? Most of the arguments against doing it don't seem to apply anymore, like... nobody can download their Kindle files to USB or whatever these days and it doesn't impact sales outside of Amazon, since it's just for my upload to KDP... Anyway, what option have y'all chosen and why...? :)

I don't want to if not allowed but the activation is about to begin so I figured I'd ask. :)
