@Rob Cole Do you like the title 'Blank Stare' ? What about the title 'Digital Cocaine' with the same subtitle?

@Owen Bergman Thank you!
Risk of legal action for publishing.
Hello. I'm planning to publish a self-help book about mental health and psychology. I'm wondering if there's any risk of legal action? I added a disclaimer at the beginning, and the book doesn't contain any guaranteed or promised cures, but I think there's still a risk because many pages discuss the mechanisms of trauma, anxiety, and other emotional issues. Thank you for your advice!

I think it really depends on if you have the credentials to back up what you are writing. Also, as others said, make sure you cite sources.
Cover feedback
I've gone through a few revisions of my cover, and this one is my favorite so far. Any feedback would be appreciated. Things you like, suggestions...I don't want to overthink it but I don't want to rush it, either!

If you do decide to add an image, make sure that the title is still readable at thumbnail size, that is critical for Amazon sales.
Title Help
How big of a deal is it to pick a title that is already used by a few other books? These other books are not wildly popular. I am writing a book about digital addiction and how to help your child. The title I might use is Left to Their Own Devices: Six evidence-based approaches to help your screen-addicted child. The other books have different subtitles from mine. If that is a really bad idea, what about this title Screen Time Rescue: Understanding Your Child's Digital Addiction and How to Help Their Brain.

@Rob Cole I'm not worried about copyright, I'm worried about Amazon search.
Help with my title:
How to Heal Your Child's Brain from Screen Addiction What do you think of that title? What do you think the book is about? Who is the target audience?
