Welcome to our first 20 Founding Members! I’m so grateful you’re here. 🌸 Your First Step (Foundation of the Sanctuary) Before exploring anything else, please begin with the 7-Day Meditate for Mental Health Challenge (found under the Classroom tab). This is the foundation of everything inside this sanctuary. 🌿 Why Nervous System Support Comes First When we are constantly stressed or in fight-or-flight, the body directs its energy and nutrients toward managing stress hormones. This means the body has fewer resources available for: • Physical healing • Hormonal balance • Gut health • Emotional regulation • Mental clarity By calming the nervous system first, we create the internal environment where true healing — mind, body, and soul — can begin. 🌸 When You Feel Ready After you begin the 7-day challenge, you are warmly invited to: • Introduce yourself in the community (only if it feels aligned) • Share your reflections or experiences • Explore the self-care tools and holistic practices available This sanctuary will hold a growing library of tools from over 20 years in the health & wellness space with a focus on supporting your journey using self-care, meditation, nervous system support, and holistic tools. Keep coming back here as this library will continue to grow and evolve as we co-create this self-love space together! But it all begins with one simple step: Connecting back to yourself. What does everyone think about Skool?
Hello beautiful community, I wanted to share a little reflection with you and hear your thoughts. When I first came here, my intention was to create a supportive space for our community, an all-in-one place where we could connect, share, grow, and where my courses and resources for you could live together all in one home. To be honest, what I’ve found so far is that there are a lot of notifications, a lot of noise, and quite a bit of gamification. For me personally, that isn’t something I’m very drawn to. It’s started to feel like another layer for my nervous system to manage, and I’m not sure that’s what I want to be adding right now, especially when I already have some beautiful ways to connect with our community. Because of that, I’ve decided to place the 7-Day Meditate for Mental Health Challenge on my YouTube page instead. Self care reminder 💗🦋
With everything happening on the planet, my focus is on my self care. “Where your focus goes, energy flows” I am not watching the news, I am less on social media & more focused on my mantra “movement, meditation & magic are my medicine” 🧘🏻‍♀️🙏🪄✨ I notice the more I consciously self care, the better my body feels, the more energy I have, the more calm & connected I feel. When I am doing activities with the intention of self-care, I repeat & recognise in my mind “I love myself, I am doing this to self-care. I am filling my cup to over flowing now” What have you done today to give yourself some love & care? 🫶🦋💗 Sending love to all of those who are suffering 🌍💗
Lunar eclipse coming in Virgo… self care on high!!
Spent the first 2 hours of my day in self care mode today… the collective energy feels so heavy that I was self caring for me as well as the planet 🌎 Virgo is the sign of our health routines so a perfect time to amp up the self care routines 💗🦋 What’s on your self care list today? Sharing my self care mantra 💗
Do you have a mantra that rolls around in the background of your mind? Mine is “My body knows how to heal itself” But I wanted a longer, more expansive one to repeat morning & night, so here it is: Read out loud daily (with energy, not whispering): I am a grounded, radiant, and embodied woman. I nourish my body, calm my mind, and honour my soul. I create impact from alignment, not exhaustion. I am visible, valuable, and deeply supported. My life is flourishing with health, joy, abundance, and peace. I lead with love, humility, compassion, and strength. I allow ease. I allow growth. I allow receiving. So be it, & so it is 💗 Feel free to use this one or share yours below 🫶
