I think “I don’t have time” is bullshit more often than we’d like to admit.
We have time.
We’re just spending it somewhere else.
Ouch.
I know.
I’ve caught myself doing it too.
We’ll scroll for 30 minutes and then announce we don’t have 10 minutes to work on the thing we say matters to us.
Interesting, isn’t it?
Your calendar is a pretty honest little snitch.
It shows you what’s actually getting your attention.
So don’t beat yourself up.
Just notice what you’re noticing.
Does the way you’re spending your time match the life you say you want?
