A really powerful thing I do is eat the same meals every day.
Because in this way I just need to come up with a diet that works and just repeat it every day.
For me it's
Breakfast: Greek yogurt and berries
Lunch: Ground chicken/beef with 5 eggs
Dinner: chicken/beef with rice/potatoes and veggies
Small meal: 2-3 eggs and 2 kiwis
And when I came up with this, I just figured out how many calories and grams of protein I need per day to stay lean and build muscle.
Then I made sure I got in the right amount of each food from my meals to hit those numbers.
Using ChatGPT to do that made it super easy.
And now I am staying lean and building muscle every day because it's guaranteed I do it with this diet.
As long as I keep eating the same meals each day, I will keep making progress.
