Is this useful in handstand training?
So i have been trying to unlock the handstand and i do cute little workout 5 days a week its
4 sets of chest to wall and 4 sets back to wall and 4 sets of frog stand hold anyways i did that without wall or anything and i can do it for 10-15 seconds is this improvement?
