Not being authentic ruins you. Choosing to follow someone else’s program, their goals, or only doing certain skills you hate training because you want the result will keep you permanently stuck.
Do what YOU want. Not what others want.
Do the pullup because you want to do the pullup.
Do the Skill because you want to do the skill.
Not because “Oh man Levaan did 2 finger planche! I'll do that!”
Not because “2 set method is best! I have to do 2 sets until failure!”
Do it because YOU want to.
Action Step:
- Set a goal that applies to the training you favor most → Improve weighted pullup
- Give it a timeframe → Improve weighted as much as possible before 2026
- Make it specific → Add 15kg before January 2026
Then do everything possible to do it.
