I'm currently running an upper/lower split, and while I have always known exactly what to do for lower, I want to make sure the upper day hits everything. If someone with a little bit of knowledge could look this over, that would be amazing.
dips 5x1RiR last to failure
Pull-ups 5x1RIR, last set to failure
Decline pushups 5x1RIR, last set to failure.
inverted elevated rows, same set trend
elevated pike pushups 3x failure
wall hspu 2xfailure
resistance band biceps curls, 3 sets, same trend
2 sets hammer same trend
This is mostly for strength. Any help is greatly appreciated (this community is the best).
