I have done excessive cardio for the past 3 years in martial arts, didnt led to me a good physique at all and had a bad diet. Ive been in a strict diet for a month now and wanted to know about my bone structure.

Do i have gyno?
How do i get a chiseled chest like daemon?
Do i cut or bulk?
