  1. Eating 4+ eggs a day
2. Getting enough vitamin D
3. Eating 2 brazil nuts a day
4. Not drinking alcohol.
5. Sleeping 8 hours per night
6. Avoid training in polyester clothes
7. Not eating seed oils
8. Eating more butter
9. Eating a lot of meat
10. Not eating sugar
