Anyone keen to plan training together
hey people, its been on my mind for some time that if there are any people here who may want to group together and work on some aspects of the course together like : 1. Start with stability and then keeping adding one domino each week. The idea is to basically cover the amazing course @Timothy Shieff has put up for us . I wont say i lose my motivation but sometimes i do get lost and it would have been great to share if I am doing things right . I am based in Australia and saturday or sunday works great for me . Happy to hear what others have to say. In my case - 1. I regularly do basic rope flows 2. I train basically kettlebell swings. 3. Still not that good with stability ball. Its like building a learning group where we could come from different backgrounds and share experience in 30-45 mins meetings once a week or fortnight . Aim - to finish all the course we got here :)
BIG CHANGES IN THE SCHOOL... (please read)
I discussed this in the last live chat but wanted to make a post to make it clear for everyone... For those who have been in here some time it may be clear I haven't had the same focus on this Skool that I did for the first few years (up until 2025 really). I recently got my first house but bigger then that am now expecting my first child (due next month) with my beautiful partner. Also Rope Flow has taken off and so managing Way of the Rope is taking a lot more time then it once did. A lot of the chapters in this school are fun and valuable chapters of physical development/education. Like side quests, tools, tricks and practices - but for me when my body is feeling good (which thanks to many of the practices I have shared here it is ) all I want to do is run in the hills! (if this is what you desire too then I feel there is a pretty clear trail of breadcrumbs to follow all within this skool) As passionate as I am about running and love talking about sharing what I know and am learning - I know that isn't for everyone. It also feels like a long game now as progress is very gradual and just takes consistency. This leaves me doing less poking around on the fringe edges of the 'fitness industry' and more just developing my own heart, lungs and legs for the demands of traversing hills and mountains as effortlessly as possible. All these factors combined have left me with limited time, limited desire and limited new wisdom to share here. So for now I have decided to put the School of Biomechanics on sort of a pause. How will it work? I have made the skool free for everyone. All you need to do is cancel your membership and then when it runs out rejoin it for free. However you may see that all the premium courses i created here are now paid courses. Everyone that has been in the skool since before 2025 (or people who paid for a yearly membership) I am happy to re-instate every program for you no extra price at all just message me and I can do it. For everyone else who joined in 2025 - for every month you were with my before this date I will give you two programs, just message me and request which one you would like.
