Anyone keen to plan training together
hey people, its been on my mind for some time that if there are any people here who may want to group together and work on some aspects of the course together like : 1. Start with stability and then keeping adding one domino each week. The idea is to basically cover the amazing course has put up for us . I wont say i lose my motivation but sometimes i do get lost and it would have been great to share if I am doing things right . I am based in Australia and saturday or sunday works great for me . Happy to hear what others have to say. In my case - 1. I regularly do basic rope flows 2. I train basically kettlebell swings. 3. Still not that good with stability ball. Its like building a learning group where we could come from different backgrounds and share experience in 30-45 mins meetings once a week or fortnight . Aim - to finish all the course we got here :)
