No Live Chat Today
My apologies if you got the notification yesterday of a live chat there isn’t one today that was previously scheduled before my recent announcement and change in the school and I forgot to cancel it. Will post next time I schedule one for real. Hope everyone’s training is going well! Tim

LIVE CHAT PAIDA
My training has been continuing to progress with the barefoot running and I'm excited to share this next time we talk and also hear from all of you what you have been training and enjoying lately. In the meantime feel free to share anything here or ask any questions. Best Tim
LIVE CHAT REPLAY!
https://us06web.zoom.us/j/6545190395 Live Chat tomorrow Sept 3rd at 7PM UK time. Been dealing with a bit of a low key lower/mid back injury recently that has strangely moved around over the last few weeks between QL and ribs. It hasn't stopped me training completely but it has slowed me down and made me focus to discover what is missing in my training or what I am compensating for and then over compensating for that making new issues. Also after our talk with @Glenn Kirchmann last week it has been in my mind with his lower back injury too. It feels like it's turned a corner after a productive exploration compression and contraction session yesterday so I would like to discuss my process for that and dealing with any injury and here and I'd love to hear your approaches or anything you've dealt with lately and how you overcame it. I've also got my first triathlon in 2 weeks so any advice from anyone whos done one would be appreciated! Tim
I'm Back! - LIVE CHAT REPLAY
Hey everyone, After a month of moving house I'm back! Not yet fully moved in or settled still lot's to do but I've at least got some sort of base and routine now. Found my new local gym and exploring the local hills. Anyway first Live Chat in over a month will be this Wednesday at 7pm BST here: https://us06web.zoom.us/j/6545190395 Hope to see some of you there for a catch up and general chat about how everyone's training is going what everyone has been enjoying lately. Tim p.s. just completed my first half marathon on Sunday in 8 years (Spartan Race Beast with @Nick Tuftnell pictured). https://www.strava.com/activities/15487147373/overview 6 months since I started running in March after many years off due to injury. Feel like I've made some solid progression now with my Aerobic Deficiency Syndrome and think it's been an incredibly rewarding journey so far and excited for more progress to come.
Live Chat Replay! July #1 2025
I have the completed report from my Vo2 Max/Lactate Profile Test which I'd like to discuss in some more depth. There was some changes in the final report from what was initially shared. I did a MAF test yesterday on a treadmill so I'd like to discuss that. And finally I want to discuss breath rate as a marker/guide for effort level, one likely more accurate then HR. Happy to discuss anything else or as always if anyone has any questions and can't make it feel free to post a question below for me to get to. Hope to see you there! Tim p.s. full report attached below for anyone who wants to take a look in advance.
